Overview
FACES SF provides subsidized early child education at three sites across San Francisco for infant/toddlers, preschool, and after-school enrichment for K-6th grade. Services are delivered in English, Spanish, and Chinese. Children are given age-appropriate learning opportunities that focus on creative expression, social and emotional development, and wellness and physical development. In addition, FACES SF also manages a Family Child Care Network of over 50 licensed home child care providers in San Francisco, placing children from low-income families in culturally suitable arrangements.

Educational Goals and Objectives
At FACES SF, it is our passion to nurture a sense of discovery, joy, and wonder in every child enrolled in our program. We guide them on this road to discovery with high quality standards and assessments, supported by a focus on the following developmental domains: physical, cognitive, emotional and social, and creative expression. Centered around these domains are our educational objectives. These include a focus on physical development by giving students opportunities to build their large- and small-muscle skills, strength, and stamina, and by teaching students the knowledge needed to live a healthy lifestyle. FACES SF also concentrates on cognitive development, where our objective is to ensure that students are mentally engaged and challenged through activities that include mathematics, science, and reading. For emotional and social development our teachers focus on self-expression and self-esteem advancement, the ability to express and regulate feelings, and the development of relations with others. Finally, for developing creative expression we incorporate the arts, movement, drama, and music. We are regularly assessed and constantly work towards ensuring we offer the best programs.
